My name is Vanessa Graulich and I started my Blackbelt Journey in my early 40's

I am now a color belt (Blue Decided 2022) and hope to be a Black Belt in the near future. 

This is a collection of resources for anyone interested on Martial Arts. 

I am constantly working to improve and finalize this website.
